Version 1.3 is going to be a small update, but one that’ll take another step in improving the reading ability of our users.
We’re adding a new level of personalisation where the users can switch to a range of fonts. I discussed the use of dyslexic friendly fonts in my previous post.
The fonts we plan to add are going to be accepted web-fonts, some Apple iOS device fonts and some open-source dyslexia friendly fonts:
- Geeza Pro
The fonts will be chosen in a picker view, the same as the other options are currently.
We plan to have Version 1.3 submitted to the app store within the next few days. Then Apple’s review process takes an average of 9 days, so hopefully, by the middle of this month, we should have this complete!
